Dawet sor ringin Pak Bardi sets in the middle of the road, just under the big banyan tree. You can see there are lots of small bees on the counter. The transparent dawet is made from sago with silky & smooth texture pudding-like but softer. I like to drink it atraightaway without chewing it.

This dessert drink is top-notch. I can tell they use unprocessed freshly squeezed coconut milk. No added preservatives nor coloring for all of the ingridients, including the coconut sugar syrup. All natural. The sweet drink itself tasted very refreshing.

Try the original dawet first, then go for the one with additional sweet & acidic tape ketan—fermented sticky rice that said good for your skin—to experience both variants.

Dawet pak Bardi dr BERBAH SLEMAN mmg SDH kondang dr dulu kenapa....Dawetnya uuueenaaakk we POLL Krn pas penyajiannya mulai dr cendolnya ...gula jiwanya + irisan bh nangka + santan yg pas kentalnya.....RASANYA TIDAK ADA DUANYA...bukan dawet Asal Sukaharja SJ bisa kalah rasa...jualan sejak th 75 SAMPE sekrg msh exisss lho & yg asyiiik tuh lokasinya dibawah phn beringin tua yg sangat rindang.....Krn Mak nyuss nya rasa jangan kaget low beli PASTI NGANTRI...ttp gk usah pusing semua pasti dapat Krn dibantu 1 or 2 org tuk layani....lokasinya sangat mudah koq....dr jln Solo km 10 yg MOU ke Bandara Adisucipto terus ke timur kira2 0.5km ada petunjuk arah ke CANDI SAMBISARI...lah belok SJ kemiri/ke Utara lewati psr Sorogenen...terus ke Utara 4 km ketemu belokan yg lurus ke Candi Sambisari....ikuti jln aspal halus terus ke arah Kompleks.PERTAMINA LEWATI JUGA PAMELA 7 terus ke Utara kira2 2km dr Komperta Pertamina....dah ketemu PERTIGAAN ADA POHON BERINGIN GEDE...yo dah SAMPE....siap ngantri....buka dr jam 9.30 s/d habis jam 14.00 an....SELAMAT MENIKMATI DAWETNYA PAK BARDI....oh UTK yg laaparr disitu juga ada angkring Bakso2 dll dll banyak warg2 juga ada kafe burjo di se belah utaranya....Monggo Silahkan mencoba....pasti kangen terus Dawet...
